Louis Lanier

Managing Director
Washington D.C.

is an applied microeconomist with extensive experience in the economic analysis of class-wide employment issues. He routinely applies state of the art economic theories of discrimination and organizational behavior in his analyses of gender, racial, ethnic, and age patterns in employment outcomes. His expert opinions have been relied upon by U.S. District Courts in matters involving class certification and employment discrimination. His economic damage estimations have included back pay and front pay with pre- and post-judgment interest, alternative (mitigating) wages, fringe benefit valuations, and projections of expected work life, as well as valuation of employee stock option plans.
