In re: CRT Antitrust Litigation

This case involved manufacturers conspiring to keep the prices of their product (cathode ray tubes, or CRTs) artificially high. Econ One and Dr. Jeffrey Leitzinger analyzed class certification issues and damages for the a class of direct purchasers of CRTs and finished products containing CRT’s (computer monitors and televisions).

Econ One identified impacted purchasers, estimated overcharges and demonstrated pass-through to finished products containing CRTSs.
