Lenhoff & Lenhoff v. United Talent Agency (UTA), International Creative Management (ICM) et al.

Plaintiff Lenhoff & Lenhoff, a boutique literary agency that represented, among others, writers for scripted television shows, filed an antitrust claim against two of the largest talent agencies alleging collusive agreement and horizontal price fixing through package fees.

Ted Tatos was engaged by Lenhoff & Lenhoff at the complaint stage to analyze the market shares in scripted television and the rates with which the largest four talent agencies co-packaged shows with each other. He submitted a declaration in this matter.
