Econ One was retained by counsel for the plaintiff to provide an analysis of the economic loss suffered by the plaintiff. Charles Mahla’s analysis involved an estimate of the plaintiff’s lost future earnings during his work life, as well as a detailed analysis of his estimated retirement losses under the State’s CalPERS retirement plan.
