Our ideal Senior Analyst specializes in economic analyses, damage calculations, and valuation work in litigation and arbitration. Our analyses cover business valuation as well as contract and other commercial disputes. We give opinions on liability issues, measure economic damages, and comment on the analyses proffered by other experts. Our goal is to explain economic theory, analyses and conclusions in straightforward terms easily understood by clients, attorneys, and arbitrators – when writing expert reports or providing oral testimony. We ensure our work is grounded soundly on the facts of the case and can stand rigorous scrutiny by the opposing side’s experts.
Responsibilities include: Independent research and analysis of economic, financial, and business issues. Construction and update of complex financial economic models. Document collection/organization and review. Assist in report/exhibit preparation. Undertake fact checking/backup preparation for all reports and exhibits.
