Andrea Cardani is a Senior Economist with Econ One Research, Inc. in New York City and Washington, D.C.
Mr. Cardani is a member of the firm’s International Arbitration practice group. Mr. Cardani has over ten years of experience in consulting and assisting clients in complex economic and financial analyses. His experience spans U.S. antitrust and damages cases as well as international arbitration cases before arbitral tribunals constituted under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID”), the International Chambers of Commerce (“ICC”), and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (“UNCITRAL”).
Mr. Cardani specializes in managing and developing sophisticated valuation and financial models and analyses. His research and consulting activities center on creating and analyzing large and complex data as well as designing and implementing statistical and econometric models. His substantive industry experience includes airlines, agricultural, computer software, consumer products, energy, financial markets and services, mining, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, real estate, semiconductors, and transportation services.
In addition, Mr. Cardani serves as an economic expert witness in advanced trial advocacy courses with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (“NITA”). He has taught courses in capital market and derivatives, portfolio theory, and corporate finance at the undergraduate and graduate level. He is a member of the American Economic Association.
