Fajrul Ihsan has been part of multiple projects pertaining to employment litigations in US and Europe.  Besides, he has provided inputs in antitrust matters by involving in market research.

His previous research experience includes being part of a research group assigned to provide recommendations for rationalizing welfare schemes implemented by the Government of Puducherry.
