About Jack Ray

Jack Ray is an Analyst at Econ One Research, Inc.  He performs damages analysis and litigation support for intellectual property, antitrust, and other complex litigation.  Mr. Ray has performed analyses for patent and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, antitrust, and breach of contract disputes.  His work supports engagements concerning the determination of economic damages in litigation in the form of lost profits, reasonable royalties, restitution, and accounting of defendants’ profits.

Prior to joining Econ One, Mr. Ray worked as a Clinical Research Associate with Sanofi-Genzyme performing rare disease drug research in the Mass Spectrometry department.  At Sanofi-Genzyme, Mr. Ray assisted with the preparation of various drug samples and analyzed the raw data produced through clinical trials for key Genzyme pipeline products.  During his time at Sanofi-Genzyme, Mr. Ray improved the sample throughput two-fold and contributed to a presentation at the American Society of Mass Spectrometry in 2017.
