Jake Walsh is an Analyst at Econ One Research, Inc. Mr. Walsh performs damages analysis and litigation support in intellectual property and other complex litigation. He analyzes accounting and economic issues in disputes including patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract. Mr. Walsh assists in the determination of economic damages in the form of lost profits, reasonable royalties, and disgorgement of defendants’ profits. He conducts quantitative data analyses, prepares expert reports, assists with discovery issues, and provides other litigation services for Econ One clients.
Prior to working at Econ One, Mr. Walsh was a Marketing Intern at the Los Angles Football Club (LAFC). As a part of his internship, he used his experience in information systems to formulate a database of club contribution requests used for all decisions regarding community outreach and the LAFC grassroots marketing campaign. Prior to his time at LAFC, Mr. Walsh served as an Information Systems Intern for Windpact, Inc. where he developed a customer relationship management system and documented ideas for potential IP.
