Laura Ines has extensive experience in analyzing damages in wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, personal injury and wrongful death litigation. She has calculated earnings losses in a wide variety of industries and fields including law enforcement, fire fighters, education, medical services, construction, real estate, manufacturing, transportation, high tech, and the nonprofit sector. She has analyzed benefit losses from state and local public pensions, as well as union and private pension plans. She has been disclosed as an expert in personal injury and employment litigation, and has calculated lost earnings and benefits in over one hundred employment and injury matters.
