Laura Ines has extensive experience in analyzing damages in wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, personal injury and wrongful death litigation.  She has calculated earnings losses in a wide variety of industries and fields including law enforcement, fire protection, education, medical services, construction, real estate, manufacturing, transportation, high tech, and the non-profit sector.  She has analyzed benefit losses from state and local public pensions, as well as union and private pension plans. She also has experience in antitrust litigation and patent infringement cases across numerous industries including computer software, entertainment, and manufacturing. She has been designated as an expert in personal injury and employment litigation in both State and Federal cases and has calculated lost earnings and benefits in hundreds of employment and injury matters. She has provided trial testimony in Federal Court, California Superior Court, and private arbitration.
