Lisa McGuff specializes in litigation and policy support for various governments, governmental agencies and private companies primarily in the energy sector. Her experience includes valuation and damages analysis, pricing issues, forecasting, and statistical analysis. Much of her work has involved matters subject to arbitration proceedings. Ms. McGuff has testified in front of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and American Arbitration Association (AAA) and is a member of the American Economics Association.
Prior to her work with Econ One, Ms. McGuff worked for a major deregulated retail electricity provider in Texas forecasting and analyzing residential and small business electricity usage. In addition, Ms. McGuff has extensive experience in the use of statistical methods and programming languages and in handling large, complex datasets.
