Mritika Contractor is an Analyst at Econ One Research, Inc. Ms. Contractor performs damages analysis and litigation support in intellectual property and other complex litigation. She analyzes accounting and economic issues in disputes including patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and breach of contract. Ms. Contractor assists in the determination of economic damages in the form of lost profits, reasonable royalties, and disgorgement of defendants’ profits. She conducts quantitative data analyses, prepares expert reports, assists with discovery issues, and provides other litigation services for Econ One clients.
Prior to working at Econ One, Ms. Contractor was a Summer Associate at Capco, a management consulting firm specializing in financial services. As a summer associate, she worked with the data and technology team to prepare client deliverables, requests for proposals, and analyze sales data in Tableau. Prior to her time at Capco, Ms. Contractor served as a Venture Development Intern at VC/O, a Berlin based company owned by Viessmann Group. During this time, Ms. Contractor conducted a feasibility analysis assessing a use case for VC/O to develop a peer-to-peer energy trading platform using blockchain technology. Her work involved market research, financial modeling, and presenting key findings to management.
