Washington Lem has extensive experience in the analysis of antitrust and valuation issues, particularly in the petroleum industry. He has significant expertise with regard to oil pricing issues for domestic crude oil, and constructing and analyzing damages models. He has designed, built and managed numerous databases for oil royalty and tax matters. Mr. Lem also specializes in the creation of graphics for use in presentations and at trial.
