John Ramirez is an expert in competition and regulatory economics, economic impact analysis and advanced quantitative methods. He has worked on litigation matters in the European Union, India and the United States. In the European Union matters, he serves as an expert economist representing private parties in commercial settlement negotiations. Mr. Ramirez’s litigation work covers a wide range of industries including airline travel, flat glass, steel, paraffin wax, and enzymes used in DNA research. He has substantial experience developing econometric and statistical models to assess damages in antitrust and commercial litigation, value telecommunication easements and to forecast air traffic.
