Niyati Ahuja specializes in the development and implementation of empirical economic models for the analysis of issues in antitrust and intellectual property matters. Her expertise includes applying economic theory and complex econometric tools to assess common impact, liability, and damages in class action cases, as well as the computation of reasonable royalties and lost profits in patent infringement lawsuits. Her work experience spans a wide range of industries including computer software, consumer electronics, oil and gas, and health care. Dr. Ahuja is a member of the American Economic Association and the American Bar Association.
