Omer Gold is an Economist at Econ One Research, Inc. He provides economic and statistical analysis in connection with antitrust matters. His work includes analysis of reverse payment settlements, price-fixing allegations, mergers and regulatory issues. Mr. Gold has experience in all aspects of litigation support including data management and analysis, damages, document review, and exhibit and report creation. His work involves using sophisticated statistical software tools to best address the analytical needs of a given project.
Mr. Gold has worked on a broad range of litigation matters including class actions lawsuits, contractual disputes, and pay-for delay cases. His work spans numerous industries including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, financial markets, retail markets and broadcasting markets.
