Rayna Paunova specializes in applying economics and statistics to complex business litigation. She has consulted on a variety of matters including employment, false claims, antitrust and international arbitration matters. She has particular expertise in employment-related litigation support and consulting, including matters involving federal and state wage-and-hour compliance issues as well as false claims cases involving Medicare fraud.
